We also offer expert in-home placement of items, in-room assembly as needed, and fine art handlers and hanging services upon delivery.
We prioritize onsite receiving, inspection, and photographing to maintain the integrity of your furniture. All unboxed items are carefully assembled, then blanket wrapped and stored in our secure, climate-controlled warehouse.
In the event that any damages are found upon receiving, we promptly reach out to the appropriate contact to forward all necessary photos and documents to expedite the damage claims process.
